Q.How do I pay?
A.To use our automated online reservations system, you must pay by credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or other method, please contact our reservations office by clicking here. You can also make a reservations and pay at the tour using cash, credit card or traveler's check; however we cannot guarantee your seat until it is paid.
Q.Are there Japanese and Korean-speaking staff available by phone?
A.Yes. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any inquiries. Telephone number: 1-671-646-8000.
9:00 to 21:00 (Wednesday and Sunday until 19:00).
Chinese speaking staff are also available.
Q.Do you have a recommendation for an Outdoor Café in Guam?
A.BG Tours recommends The Beach.
Q.What is the time difference between Japan and Guam?
A.Guam is 1 hour earlier than Japan.
Q.Do you have any summer season?
A.In Guam, there isn’t a big difference between winter and summer seasons. ※About summer time.
During Guam’s summer months there is one more hour of daylight.

Globe

Q.What is The Globe?
A.The Globe is by far the biggest and most popular nightclub in Guam. Over 1 million customers have visited the club including many celebrities.
Q.Do you have any transportation?
A.Yes, when you are ready to leave, just tell the staff at the front entrance and a safe and comfortable ride will be provided to your hotel.
Q.What is the acceptable attire?
A.You cannot enter with swimwear, beach sandals, tank tops (men). Other attire is acceptable.
Q.Do you have a minimum age?
A.You must be 18 years old to enter. You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. ID check strictly enforced. Please bring your drivers license or photo ID.
Q.What is the time difference between Japan and Guam?
A.Guam is 1 hour earlier than Japan.
Q.How much is the cover charge?
A.Globe is $30 (1 drink ticket is included as well as transportation to Tumon and Hagatna hotels). Includes admission to the Emerald Ultralounge.

Big Sunset Dinner Cruise

Q.If you cannot see the sunset, do you still conduct the tours?
A.Of course. The tours are conducted even if it’s raining or dark. Even if you cannot see the sunset, you can still enjoy the buffet dinner, bottom fishing, a great buffet and dancing on the bow of the boat on the way back to port.
Q.Can I bring the fish I catch home?
A.Sorry, you cannot bring the fish. Being a supporter of sustainable tourism and a fan of the movie Finding Nemo, the fish are released back to the sea.
Q.How many people can fit on the boat?
A.Maximum capacity is 65 persons.
Q.Do you have reserved seats?
A.Regular seats are not reserved, but the VIP plan has reserved seats on the upper deck.
Q.Are there any restrooms?
A.Yes, there are separate restrooms for men and women.
Q.Can I bring a baby cart on the boat?
A.Yes, you can bring a baby cart on the boat.
Q.Can a person in a wheel chair join the tour?
A.Yes. Customers with wheelchairs can join the tour; please contact us for necessary arrangements.
Q.Do you have any assistance for people with disabilities?
A.When you make reservations, please advise us. We have a van with a lift. However, the toilet is not handicap accessible.
Q.What if we don’t need transportation from the hotel?
A.When you make reservation, please advise us that you do not need transportation. However we recommend taking the bus because the boat sometimes departs from different docks depending upon weather, and if you are late, the boat will not wait and you will still be charged.
Q.How do I get transportation if I stay at Leo Palace Hotel?
A.Leo Palace has a shuttle that will drop you off at the Westin Hotel. We will pick you up there.

The Beach Bar & Grill

Q.What kind of business is The Beach?
A.It is a restaurant and bar located in Tumon near Gun Beach immediately next to the Nikko Hotel. The Lina La Culture Park is within walking distance.
Q.Do you have a minimum age requirement?
A.We don’t have any minimum age. All family members are welcome.
Q.What kind of menu do you have?
A.We have local Guam food dishes, hamburgers,
steaks, and all kind of alcohol or drinks. Please check the menu here.
Q.What ages can consume alcohol?
A.You must be 21 years old to drink alcohol. Under 21 cannot buy or drink alcohol.
Q.Do you need reservations for the sofa area?
A.It is recommended. If there are no reservations placards on the table, then the table is available for you to use.
Q.Are there charter and group availability?
A.Yes, we can accommodate with reservations. Please Contact Us.
Q.Do you have a parking area?
A.Yes, we have a free parking area.
